7. Dahi - 1/2 cup

9. Haldi powder - 1/2 chamach

10. Laal mirch powder - 1 chamach

11. Namak - swaad anusar

12. Tel - 4 chamach

13. Hara dhaniya - garnishing ke liye


Saamagri ki Vishesh Jaankari

1.  Chawal : Basmati chawal ko aadh ghante ke liye bhigo dein. Isse chawal achhe se pakte hain aur alag-alag dikhte hain.

2.  Ande : Andon ko ubal kar chilka utaar dein aur unhe 2 hisson mein kaat lein.

3.  Pyaz : Pyazon ko bareek kati hui use karein. Pyaz biryani ko ek rich texture aur swad dete hain.

4.  Tamatar : Tamatar biryani ki gravy ko thoda tangy banate hain. Bareek kati hui tamatar jaldi gal jaate hain.

5.  Hari Mirch : Biryani mein thoda theeka swad lane ke liye hari mirch ka upyog karein.

6.  Adrak-Lehsun paste : Ye paste biryani ko ek strong aroma aur swad deti hai.

7.  Dahi : Dahi biryani ko ek creamy texture aur thoda sa khatta swad deti hai.

8. Biryani Masala : Yeh biryani ka mukhya swad dene wala masala hota hai. Isme alag-alag masalon ka mishran hota hai.

Vidhi

1. Chawal ko aadh ghante ke liye bhigo kar, ek bartan mein paani aur namak ke saath 80% tak paka lein.

2. Andon ko ubal kar chilka utaar kar unhe halka sa fry kar lein.

3. Ek kadahi mein tel garam karein aur isme pyaz ko golden brown hone tak bhun lein.

4. Ab isme adrak-lehsun paste aur hari mirch daal kar 2-3 minute tak bhunein.

5. Isme tamatar daal kar acche se mila lein aur tamatar galne tak bhunein.

6. Ab isme haldi, laal mirch powder aur biryani masala daal kar bhunein.

7. Dahi mila kar, is masale ko 5 minute tak pakne dein.

8. Is masale mein fry kiye hue ande daal kar acche se mila lein.

9. Ab isme 80% paka hua chawal daal kar dhak kar 10 minute ke liye dum par rakh dein.

10. Biryani taiyar hone par isse hara dhaniya se garnish karein aur garma-garam parosein.
