Ingredients:

1. Chocolate Biscuits (e.g., Oreo biscuits) - 2 packets (approximately 20 biscuits)

2. Doodh (Milk) - Required amount (room temperature)

3. Baking Powder - 1 chhota chamach (ya phir 1 chhota chamach Eno)


Instructions:

1. Biscuits ko cream se alag kar ke, biscuits ko fine powder mein grind karen.

2. Powdered biscuits mein thoda-thoda karke doodh daal kar, batter banayein. Batter ki consistency normal cake batter jaisi honi chahiye.

3. Baking powder ya Eno ko batter mein add kar ke gently mix karen.

4. Cake mold ya steel ke bartaan ko grease karen aur batter ko daal kar tawa par medium flame par 25-30 minute ke liye bake karen.

5. Cake thanda hone par, icing ke liye biscuit cream ko doodh ke saath mix karke ready karen aur cake par spread karen.


Cake ko garnish karke, fridge mein thoda set hone ke baad cut kar ke serve karen.

Cake mold mein batter ko daal denge aur thoda tap karenge. Ab mold ko tawa par rakhenge, lekin direct tawa par nahi, balki ek stand ya ulte bartaan par rakh kar mold ko set karenge. Mold ko achhi tarah se dhak kar cake ko 25-30 minute tak medium flame par pakayenge.

25 minute baad cake ko check karenge, agar toothpick clean nikle toh iska matlab cake achhi tarah se bake ho gaya hai. Gas band kar ke cake ko thanda hone ke liye chhod denge.


Jab tak cake thanda ho raha hai, tab tak icing ke liye biscuit cream ko doodh ke saath mix karke ready kar lenge. Cake ke thande hone par usse mold se nikaal kar do layers mein divide karenge.

Cake ki har layer par normal paani ya sugar syrup lagayenge. Phir biscuit cream ki icing lagayenge aur cake ko garnish karenge. Garnishing ke liye thodi si melted chocolate ya chocolate syrup ka istemal kar sakte hain.

Finally, cake ko 10-15 minute ke liye fridge mein rakh kar set hone denge. Set hone ke baad cake ko cut karke serve karenge.
