Aata (Dough) Tayyar Karna:
Sabse pehle, 2 cup maida lijiye jo ki kareeb 300 gram hoga. Is maida ko acchi tarah se chhaan lijiye. Ab isme thoda namak mila lijiye aur ache se mix kar lijiye. Inko acchi tarah se nichod lijiye taaki extra pani nikal jaye. Ab in soya chunks ko mixer grinder mein thoda coarse grind kar lijiye ya phir chop karke rakh lijiye.
Sabziyon Ki Tayari:
Aap soya chunks ke saath kuch sabziyon ka bhi use kar sakte hain. Maine yahan patta gobhi aur gajar li hai. Dono ko kaddukas kar lijiye. Phir in sabziyon mein thoda namak daal kar acchi tarah se mix kar lijiye aur 3-4 minute tak chhod dijiye taaki sabziyon ka pani nikal jaye. Ab isme sabziyon ko mila dijiye aur mix karke rakh dijiye.
Momo Banane Ki Vidhi:
Rest kiya hua dough lekar uske chhote chhote pedhe banaiye. Har pedhe ko belan se patla bel lijiye. Ab inko stuffing ke liye taiyar karte hain. Har ruti ke beech mein stuffing daal kar apne pasand ke fold mein momos banaiye.
Momo Steam Karna:
Momos ko steamer mein thoda ghee lagakar rakh dijiye taaki woh chipke nahi. 15 minute tak steam kariye. Steam karne ke baad momos ko garam garam serve karte waqt upar se thoda butter laga dijiye. Isse momos sukhte nahi aur swad bhi lajawab hota hai.
